Since 2004, Hannah has been employed in the financial services industry. She began her career at Friends Provident, where she worked in the pensions administration department before transitioning to a mortgage and protection administration position at a London estate agency.

Since 2016, Emily has been employed in the financial services sector. She began her career at St. James's Place, where she provided investment and pension services to wealthy clients. Emily obtained her mortgage certifications and transitioned to advising on mortgages and protection. She now collaborates with Hannah at Model Financial Solutions.

Louise have worked at Model Financial Solutions since Summer 2021. She has 15 years’ experience of working in the mortgage sector. Previously she worked for different Lenders across various departments and she looks forward to liaising with you!

The process begins with a consultation where we assess your income, outgoings, and future goals. You will need to provide proof of ID, income (payslips or accounts), and bank statements. Once we have a clear picture, we can seek a "Decision in Principle" from a lender.

With a Fixed Rate mortgage, your interest rate stays exactly the same for the length of the initial term (e.g., 2 or 5 years), regardless of what happens to the Bank of England base rate. This provides certainty for your monthly budgeting.
