Menu of Fees
The following fees are for our advice. The fee is payable on application to the lender.
Your fee includes the following:
1. Access to your own adviser and an administrator
2. Fact-find (collecting your information on which we can base our recommendation)
3. Collection of documents and checking of those for suitability to send to the lender
4. Recommendation of a suitable product
5. Application to the chosen lender
6. Follow up with the lender to progress the application
7. Regular updates to you on the progress of the application
8. Checking of any offer issued
9. Confirmation of receipt of the offer with your chosen solicitor
10. Regular contact with your solicitor to ensure the case is progressing
11. Professional indemnity insurance
12. FCA fees
13. Technology fees
14. Accreditation as an associate firm with the CII
New Clients
- Residential Mortgage - £295
- Buy to let or Let to Buy - £495
Existing Clients
- Moving or standalone further borrowing- £149
- Buy to Let or Let to Buy - £249
- Remortgage or product transfer £0
Complex situations
- We reserve the right to charge a fee if no commission is payable by the lender or if
there is going to be extra work involved in researching and obtaining a mortgage in
complex situations. Our usual fee in this situation is £249 and would be in addition to
the standard fee above.
*Our fees will be reviewed annually on the 1 st January.
